Airbnb & Short-Term Rentals (STR)
Airbnb cleaning is more intense because of the quick "turnover" expectations. These prices usually include laundry (one set of sheets/towels) and restocking supplies.
Standard Prices

- 2 Bedroom: $140 – $185
- 3 Bedroom: $200 – $260
- 4+ Bedroom: $300 – $450+
Add-Ons

- Same Day Rush Fee: $30
